About Us

Middle School, Redefined.

At L&E Middle Prep Academy, we recognize that middle school is a melting pot of learners, each bringing unique strengths, perspectives, and experiences.

For many families, the traditional middle school experience can feel too large, too fast, and not academically challenging enough. L&E offers a different approach—one that combines strong academics, intentionally small classes, and certified teachers. Our students are encouraged to think critically, ask questions, explore new ideas, and take ownership of their learning.

Our student-centered approach meets students where they are and takes them where they need to go. Through differentiated instruction, hands-on learning, and meaningful classroom experiences, we are creating a space of grace where students have opportunities to grow, thrive, and achieve academic excellence.

As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit private school, our mission extends beyond the classroom. Through community partnerships, scholarships, and sponsorship opportunities, we are working to expand access to quality education and reduce financial barriers for families who value a strong middle school foundation.

We believe educational opportunity should extend to families from all walks of life—including the “Missing Middle,” working and middle-income families who may not qualify for traditional tuition assistance but still face financial challenges in accessing private education.

Small by Design. Strong by Intention.
