For many families, the traditional middle school experience can feel too large, too fast, and too impersonal. In crowded classrooms, students may move through the day without feeling truly seen. L&E Middle Prep Academy offers a different experience. Our small-by-design model allows teachers to meet students where they are and take them where they need to go.

Founder & Director
Leah Bryant, Founder and Executive Director of L & E Middle Prep Academy, earned her Bachelor of Arts in Education from the University of Florida and brings over 25 years of experience in both public and private education. She has taught across grade levels—from early elementary to high school reading—and has extensive experience developing English Language Arts curriculum for grades K–8 in the United States and internationally.
Her mission is simple yet powerful: to create a school where every child feels seen, supported, and challenged to grow—academically, socially, and creatively.
