Leah Bryant is the Founder & Owner of L & E Prep Academy, a visionary leader dedicated to empowering students through a dynamic, inclusive, and student-centered learning environment. With over 25 years of experience in public and private education, Leah has passionately worked to help students reach their maximum potential while fostering creativity, confidence, and resilience. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Education (BAE) from the University of Florida, specializing in Elementary Education. Leah has had the privilege of teaching grades K–5, as well as Reading Recovery for grades 6–12. She also has an extensive background in developing ELA curriculum for grades K–6, ensuring that students receive engaging, high-quality instruction tailored to their needs. Beyond education, Leah is a champion for entrepreneurship. She is the creator of The Indie Style with Leah DeVon Global Streaming Network, a platform that features independent entrepreneurs, doctors, life coaches, and industry professionals from around the world. Through her network, she inspires and uplifts individuals seeking to grow in their respective fields. Her contributions have been recognized internationally—Leah is a two-time nominee for the Women in Media Award through the WinTrade Global Awards in London, England. Her work in amplifying diverse voices aligns with her mission at L & E Prep Academy, where students are encouraged to think critically, lead confidently, and explore their own entrepreneurial potential. L & E Prep Academy is named in honor of her late parents, Lee and Ernestine. Her father was a dedicated and highly respected businessman and politician who passionately advocated for families in their Fort Walton Beach, Florida community. Her mother, an entrepreneur, thrived in her interior decorating business after raising four daughters, modeling grace, strength, and creativity. Inspired by their legacy, Leah is committed to redefining middle school education by blending core academics with STEM, entrepreneurship, and the arts in a nurturing environment. Under her leadership, L & E Prep Academy fosters a culture of excellence, innovation, and inclusion, preparing students to thrive in high school, college, and beyond.
