Toni Britton is a retired Business Consultant with over 30 years of experience in sales and leadership development. Throughout her career, she has trained and mentored professionals in both retail and direct sales, helping individuals build confidence, strengthen communication skills, and achieve measurable success.
As the second oldest daughter of Lee and Ernestine Bobo, she carries forward the values of leadership, service, and community that inspired the founding of L & E Middle Prep Academy. Her commitment to empowering others and fostering growth aligns deeply with the school’s mission to develop confident, capable future leaders.
