Michael Taylor serves as a Senior Unit Manager of Care Support Training at ADT, where he leads training and development initiatives and supports team managers in delivering effective, results-driven programs. With over 25 years of experience in training, leadership development, and operations, he has a proven track record of building strong business partnerships and aligning training strategies with organizational goals.
Prior to ADT, Michael held leadership roles including Global Program Manager at HP Enterprise Services and Training Manager at Excel Communications, where he gained extensive experience in program management and workforce development.
Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Phoenix. His expertise in leadership, training, and organizational effectiveness brings valuable insight to the mission of L & E Middle Prep Academy, supporting the development of strong systems and empowered learners.
